Returns
You have **30 days** from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you. If approved, the refund will be processed within **5-7 business days** to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@joyventure.com.
